Effective July 9, 2026. I keep these sessions small on purpose — only seven seats — so booking yours means I'm turning other people away. Please read this before you reserve a spot.

Your deposit

The $600 deposit holds your place and counts toward your tuition. It's included in the amounts below and is refunded only under this policy — booking a seat doesn't by itself guarantee a refund if you cancel later.

If I'm able to fill your seat

If you need to cancel and I'm able to fill your seat with someone else, I'll refund everything you've paid, less $150 for credit-card and admin processing costs. There's usually a queue on my waiting list, so this covers most cancellations. Any installments not yet charged are canceled — you won't be billed for them.

If I'm unable to fill your seat

If I can't fill your seat and I've already turned other people away to hold it for you  I'll refund one third (1/3) of what you've paid. Any installments not yet charged are canceled — you won't be billed for them.

I'll let you know which of these applies once you cancel and I've had a chance to check the waiting list.

Transfers

With enough notice, and if space allows, you can ask to transfer your deposit once to another 2027 session instead of canceling. Transfers depend on availability and aren't guaranteed.

If I cancel a session

If I ever have to cancel a session — illness, low enrollment, inclement weather, whatever the reason — you'll get a full refund of everything you paid, or you can transfer to another session. Your call.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds, less any fee described above, go back to your original payment method through Stripe. It can take a few business days to show up.

Online course

Because Sectional Throwing to Scale-Up is delivered right away and you keep it forever, sales are final. I offer a free preview lesson first so you know what you're getting.

How to cancel

Email me at info@stephenprocter.com with your name and session date. Your cancellation takes effect once I've received it.
