BERKSHIRE BOTANICAL GARDENS

For Grand Gestures at the Berkshire Botanical Garden, I wanted the vessels to feel less like objects placed within the landscape and more like forms that have quietly emerged from it. My work explores how curve, scale, and volume can awaken something emotional and unspoken within us — something that speaks beyond words. In the garden, the pieces become fully alive through shifting light, rain, shadows, and the changing seasons. Above all, I hope these vessels offer moments of stillness, presence, and quiet connection within the sanctuary of nature.
